Common use of Changes to Scheduled Hours of Work Clause in Contracts

Changes to Scheduled Hours of Work. An employee whose hours of work are changed and who has not received at least seven (7) days' notice in advance of the starting time of such change, shall be paid for the first day or shift worked subsequent to such change at the rate of time and one-half (1½). Subsequent days or shifts worked on the revised hours shall be paid for at straight time, subject to the overtime provisions of this Agreement. The Corporation agrees to minimize such changes.
