Common use of Charge Nurse Pay Clause in Contracts

Charge Nurse Pay. Registered Nurses designated as Charge Nurses will receive a differential of two dollars and twenty-five cents ($2.25) per hour over their normal hourly rate for all hours worked as Charge Nurse. Charge pay is applicable to hours actually worked in a charge responsibility and shall be part of the normal rate only for such hours.

Any nurse assigned as relief charge nurse shall receive one dollar and twentyseventy-five cents ($2.251.75) per hour over their normal hourly rate for all the hours worked as Charge Nurse. Charge pay is applicable to hours actually worked in a charge responsibility and shall be part of the normal rate only for such hoursrelief position.
