Charter fishing. The Licensee must ensure that the Licensee’s Clients and Licensee’s Personnel are aware of and take all reasonable steps to ensure they abide by all other Commonwealth and State/Territory Laws (including size and bag limits associated with water adjacent to the Park) to the extent those laws are capable of operating concurrently with other conditions of this licence. Fishing gear must be kept stowed and secured at all times during transit through, or while stopping and anchoring in a National Park Zone (IUCN II). Fish may not be processed in a National Park Zone (IUCN II).

In the event of the delivery of nonconforming Equipment and Products, the Participating Entity will notify the Supplier as soon as possible and the Supplier will replace nonconforming Equipment and Products with conforming Equipment and Products that are acceptable to the Participating Entity. Supplier must arrange for and pay for the return shipment on Equipment and Products that arrive in a defective or inoperable condition. Sourcewell may declare the Supplier in breach of this Contract if the Supplier intentionally delivers substandard or inferior Equipment or Products.
