Chicago and Project Area Residency Requirements. If the funding under this contract is $100,000 or more, Contractor and all subcontractors that perform work on the site on the construction project undertaken pursuant to this contract shall comply with the minimum percentage of total worker hours performed by actual eligible residents of the City of Chicago as specified in § 2-92-330 of the Municipal Code and rules and regulations adopted thereunder,, unless otherwise prohibited by law. 7.5% of the total work hours must be performed by project area residents and 50% of the total work hours must be performed by city residents unless the Chief Procurement Officer determines otherwise. Work hours performed by project area residents are counted as work hours performed by city residents for purposes of calculating the minimum work hour percentage required to be performed by city residents. In addition to complying with this requirement, Contractor and all Subcontractors must make good faith efforts to utilize qualified eligible residents of the City of Chicago in both unskilled and skilled labor positions.

  • Occupancy Requirements Residence hall space may be occupied only by the student with whom this agreement is made. The agreement may not be assigned, and residence hall space may not be sublet, rented to, or otherwise shared with or another person. a Guest Limitations: Students are responsible for the actions and any damages incurred by their guests.

  • Procurement and Property Management Standards The parties to this Agreement shall adhere to the procurement and property management standards established in 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and to the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards. The State must pre-approve the Local Government’s procurement procedures for purchases to be eligible for state or federal funds.

  • Residency Requirements 1. All single first-year freshmen students are required to live in University housing for at least two academic semesters. All single students who have earned less than 30 credit hours and have not resided in University housing for two academic semesters are required to live on campus for two academic semesters. This policy does not apply to single first-year students who have been out of high school for more than one year, or to single first-year freshmen who live with their parents in Miami-Dade or Broward Counties. Neither does it apply to those students who, for disciplinary or administrative reasons, may be denied the privilege of continued residency on campus.

SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages.   • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Project Area The Project Area is the incorporated area of the City of San Xxxx.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.
