Chief Administrator a. Within not more than five days after the employee has been notified of the determination at Stage 2 in writing, the aggrieved party may submit a written request to the Chief Administrator for a further review and determination of the grievance. b. The Chief Administrator may designate a person to review the grievance and render a determination. In the event a person is designated, the aggrieved party and the Association shall be notified in writing. c. The Chief Administrator, or his/her designee, after receipt of the request for review may call a hearing to be held at a time and place designated. Notification shall be made to the aggrieved party and the appropriate supervisor or adminis- trator and the Association. The hearing shall be held not less than five days, nor more than ten days after the date of the notice. If a hearing is held, each party shall have the right to appear and to submit any additional facts relevant to the grievance. d. In the event no hearing is held by the Chief Administrator or his/her designee, a written determination shall be made within ten days from the date of receipt of the request for review. Notice of the determination shall be mailed to the aggrieved party and the Association. e. In the event a hearing is held by the Chief Administrator or his/her designee, a written determination shall be rendered within ten school days after the close of the hearing and mailed to the aggrieved party.
