Common use of Child Care Expenses Clause in Contracts

Child Care Expenses. (a) Where an employee is directed by the Employer to attend programs which are not included in the normal duties of the employee's job, and are outside their regional district location, such that the employee incurs additional child care expenses, the employee may be reimbursed for additional child care expense up to $50 per child per day upon production of a receipt.

(a) Where an employee is directed requested or required by the Employer to attend programs attend: employer endorsed education, training and career development activities, or employer sponsored activities which are not included in the normal duties of the employee's job, and are outside their regional district headquarters or geographic location, such that the employee incurs additional child care expenses, the employee may shall be reimbursed for the additional child care expense up to $50 per child 60 per day upon production of a receipt.
