Common use of Child Care Expenses Clause in Contracts

Child Care Expenses. 28.2,1 Upon receipt of a child’ s proof of age, the Employer shall pay to each single parent employee who has one or more children under the age of twelve ( 12), f i fty dollars ($50.00) per month per child to help defray the cost of child care. An employee on a personal leave of absence or on pregnancy/ parental leave will not be entitled to receive this benefit.
