CHILDREN’S CLOTHING/PERSONAL ITEMS. (check any or all that apply) □ □ Each parent shall supply the appropriate children’s clothing with them for their scheduled time with the other parent. □ Each parent shall supply appropriate clothing for the children to remain at that parent’s home during parenting time. These clothes are to be considered the children’s clothes and shall be returned clean (when reasonably possible) with the minor children by the other parent. □ □ The child shall leave personal items at each parent’s home and shall not remove those items from that home. □ The child shall take personal items between each parent’s home, and it is the responsibility of each parent to ensure that the personal items remain with the child. □ Both parents shall advise, as far in advance as possible, of any special activities so that the appropriate clothing belonging to the children may be sent. □ In the winter, or cold months of the year, the children are required to have adequate boots, gloves, hats, and jackets to be provided by both parents. □ □ In the winter, or cold months of the year, each parent shall ensure that the children have appropriate winter clothing to wear, regardless of parenting time. . .

  • Personal Items In accordance with Departmental policy, employees will be reimbursed for personal items required on the job that are lost, damaged or destroyed in the line of duty. Reimbursement will be up to an amount of $100 per occurrence, excluding prescription eyewear.

  • Personal Protective Clothing 11.1 On commencement of employment with the Employer each employee will be issued with the following; • Two pairs of overalls or agreed alternative such as two shirts and two pairs of pants or jeans. • One pair of approved safety boots to the value of $75.00 increasing to a value of $80.00 from 1 July 2006, increasing to a value of $85.00 from 1 July 2009. • One bluey jacket or agreed equivalent (May to October). Nylon jackets and those with metal zips shall not be acceptable. • Any other safety equipment deemed necessary for the safe conduct of work.

  • Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment The Government considers operators as fireline personnel who will use and wear specified articles of personal protective equipment.

  • Personal Medical Leave 1. Accrued 100% sick leave may be used at the employee's discretion. Such leave may be taken before or after the vacation described in No. 3 below.

  • Protective Clothing and Equipment The Employer recognizes the safety concerns of all staff and shall provide all employees whose work requires them to wear protective equipment with the necessary equipment and protective clothing. This committee may make recommendations on such equipment (e.g., gloves, long sleeved gowns, masks, goggles). These shall be maintained and replaced, where necessary, at the Employer's expense. Where the committee recommends the wearing of such protective clothing and equipment, and the Employer implements such recommendation, employees are obligated to comply with such recommendation(s).

  • STATEWIDE PAYEE DESK Contractor represents and warrants that it is registered with the Statewide Payee Desk, which registration is a condition to payment.

  • Personal Harassment (a) The Employer and the Union recognize the right of employees to work in an environment free from personal harassment and agree that employees who engage in personal harassment may be disciplined.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State.   • Protective Clothing & Equipment While not being part of any issue of protective clothing/equipment, the company shall be required to provide the following protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary, by employees during the performance of their required duties:

  • Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave 7.3.1 All full time employees shall be entitled to accrue paid personal / carer's leave on the basis of 10 days per year (or pro-rata thereof for any period less than one year). Part-time employees are entitled to a pro-rata benefit. Paid personal / carer's leave is cumulative.
