Employees, with the Supervisor's approval, may request vacation days as long as it does not interfere with Special Activities.
With the prior approval of 100 percent of the Board of Directors, Members may undertake Special Activities in the name of the Authority.
In the event the State Board designates the ▇▇▇▇ Subbasin as a probationary basin, this Agreement will remain in effect for the remainder of its term, but all actions of the Authority related to the Authority’s purpose, as described in Section 2.2 above, following that probationary designation must be taken as Special Activities.
