CHRISTMAS AND/OR EASTER BREAK. An employee who qualifies for the provisions of this sub-clause may return to his/her home or any other place mutually agreed between the company and him/her at Christmas, provided the cost to the company including FBT liability, where applicable, does not exceed the cost of an economy airfare available to the company from the airport closest to site that operates regularly scheduled commercial passenger flights nearest to the employee’s point of hire and return .   • Union Activity on Premises and/or Access to Premises The Union agrees that neither it, nor its officers, agents, representatives and members will engage in the solicitation of members, holding of meetings or any other Union activities on Hospital premises or on Hospital time without the prior approval of the Hospital, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement. Such approval will not be unreasonably denied.

  • DAMAGE TO COUNTY FACILITIES, BUILDINGS OR GROUNDS 8.16.1 The Contractor shall repair, or cause to be repaired, at its own cost, any and all damage to County facilities, buildings, or grounds caused by the Contractor or employees or agents of the Contractor. Such repairs shall be made immediately after the Contractor has become aware of such damage, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after the occurrence.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.

  • Union Access to Premises Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company’s premises to carry on inspections or investigations pertaining to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon reasonable advance notice to the Company. Such access shall be carried on at reasonable hours and in such a manner so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the Company. The Union will advise the Company of its designated representatives who wish to gain access to the premises and the Union agrees to comply with all reasonable Company security precautions as may be in force from time to time.

  • Community Service Leave Community service leave is provided for in the NES.
