CITY’S RIGHT TO CLEAN UP. ‌ If a dispute arises between Contractor and Separate Contractors as to the responsibility under their respective contracts for maintaining the Site and surrounding areas free from waste materials and rubbish, City may clean up and allocate the cost between those firms it deems, in its sole discretion, to be responsible.
