Civic Holiday. Employees during the life of this Agreement shall receive a maximum of twelve (12) paid holidays per calendar year. The twelfth (12th) shall be taken as a "floating" (non-premium) holiday to be chosen by mutual agreement excluding the months of January and December. Any employee who has taken her floating holiday prior to the legislated holiday (if proclaimed) shall be considered to have taken her twelfth (12th) paid holiday.
