Common use of Civil Society Clause in Contracts

Civil Society. Civil society shall participate in overseeing the implementation of the Program through its representation on the Board and the Advisory Councils, as provided in Section 3(d) and Section 3(e), respectively, of this Program Annex. In addition, ongoing consultations with the civil society regarding the manner in which each Project is being implemented will take place throughout the Compact Term.

Civil Society. Civil society shall will participate in overseeing the implementation of the Program through its representation on through an Observer to the Supervisory Board and through the Advisory Councilsrole of the Stakeholders’ Committee, as provided in Section 3(d) and Section 3(e), respectively, of this Program Annex. In addition, ongoing consultations with the Work Plans and/or Procurement Plans for each Project shall note the extent to which civil society regarding will have a role in the manner in which each implementation of a particular Project is being implemented will take place throughout the Compact TermActivity.
