Common use of CIVILIAN MODIFIED FLEXIBLE BENEFITS PROGRAM Clause in Contracts

CIVILIAN MODIFIED FLEXIBLE BENEFITS PROGRAM. (XXXXXX) During the term of this MOU, the City will provide benefits in accordance with the Civilian Modified Flexible Benefits Program (XXxxxx) and any modifications thereto as recommended by the Joint Labor-Management Benefits Committee and approved by the City Council. If there are any discrepancies between the benefits described herein and the XXxxxx Program approved by the Joint Labor-Management Benefits Committee, the XXxxxx Program benefits will take precedence.
