Claims Cost Reporting. MAHCP agrees to assist with providing claims costs data incurred by Client's certain plan sponsors that are potentially Early Retirees based on their date of birth and the Population Identifier of the primary cardholder as determined from health plan eligibility records provided by the Client. MAHCP shall assist with including Claims costs that MAHCP reasonably believes meet the definition of ahealth benefit” cost as defined in 45 CR 149.2, net of any known Negotiated Price Concessions with respect to such Claims as required by 45 CFR 149.110. MAHCP shall assist with services for aggregating available claims’ cost data from multiple data sources for the Client certain plan sponsors’ Early Retirees, and for applying the cost threshold and limit as required by 45 CFR 149.100, and reporting that information to the Client. Negotiated price concessions that are not included because they were not known at the time reporting will be reported to the Client within a reasonable period after the actual Negotiated Price Concessions become known to MAHCP, and MAHCP agrees to work with Client on reporting these Negotiated Price Concessions to HHS. MAHCP agrees to respond to requests by the Client with respect to records returned to from HHS related to the submission of the Client’s claims cost data. Client shall be responsible for accuracy of submitted information to HHS, including but not limited to: submitting the claims cost data, reviewing the claims cost data to determine whether Participants listed qualify as Early Retirees and that the cost data meet HHS requirements before including the data reported by MAHCP in its submissions to HHS, including for purposes of reporting any data inaccuracies as required by 45 CFR 149.600.

  • Claim Reporting Any failure to comply with the claim reporting provisions of the policies or any breach of a policy warranty shall not affect coverage afforded under the policy to protect Owner.

  • Litigation Reporting If Contractor is served with a pleading or other document in connection with an action before a court or other administrative decision making body, and such pleading or document relates to this Participating Addendum or may affect Contractor’s ability to perform its obligations under this Participating Addendum, Contractor shall, within 10 days after being served, notify the State of such action and deliver copies of such pleading or document to the State’s primary contact identified in §5 of the Participating Addendum .

  • COST REPORT 29 A. CONTRACTOR shall submit separate Cost Reports for each Period, or for a portion thereof, to 30 COUNTY no later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the period for which they are prepared or 31 termination of this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall prepare the Cost Report in accordance with all 32 applicable federal, state and COUNTY requirements, GAAP and the Special Provisions Paragraph of this 33 Contract.   • Project Reporting During the course of Implementation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will coordinate status reporting with the NAVITAIRE Hosted Reservation Services Project Manager. Following completion of installation of the Hosted Reservation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will provide Customer with status on the remaining Implementation Services for Hosted Revenue Accounting Services as follows; (a) Weekly Project Plan Update and Status Report; (b) Weekly Updated Issues/Resolution List; and (c) Executive Summary.

  • Fault Reporting 5.1 We are responsible for correcting faults in supplying the Voice Services. You must provide all necessary assistance to enable us to locate and repair any fault which is our responsibility.

  • Additional Reporting 37. Within seven days after the date of this Agreement, the Recipient shall register in XXX.xxx, and thereafter maintain the currency of the information in XXX.xxx until at least October 1, 2022. The Recipient shall review and update such information at least annually after the initial registration, and more frequently if required by changes in the Recipient’s information. The Recipient agrees that this Agreement and information related thereto, including the Maximum Awardable Amount and any executive total compensation reported pursuant to paragraph 38, may be made available to the public through a U.S. Government website, including XXX.xxx.
