Clarification of Tendering Document. 6.1 A Tenderer requiring any clarification of the Tender Document shall contact the Procuring Entity in writing at the Procuring Entity's address specified in the TDS or raise its enquiries during the pre- Tender meeting if provided for in accordance with ITT 6.4. The Procuring Entity will respond in writing to any request for clarification, provided that such request is received no later than the period specified in the TDS prior to the deadline for submission of tenders. The Tenderer is requested to submit any questions in writing, to reach the Procuring Entity not later than the period specified in the TDS before the meeting. Minutes of the pre-Tender meeting, if applicable, including the text of the questions asked by Xxxxxxxxx and the responses given, together with any responses prepared after the meeting, will be transmitted promptly to all Tenderers who have acquired the Tender Documents in accordance withITT 6.3. Minutes shall not identify the source of the questions asked. The Procuring Entity shall also promptly publish anonymized (no names)Minutes of the pre-Tender meeting at the web page identified in the TDS. Any modification to the Tender Documents that may become necessary as a result of the pre-Tender meeting shall be made by the Procuring Entityexclusively through the issue of an Addendum pursuant to ITT 7 and not through the minutes of the pre-Tender meeting. Nonattendance at the pre- Tender meeting will not be a cause for disqualification of a Tenderer.

  • Clarification of Tenders 26.1 To assist in the examination, evaluation, comparison of the Tenders, and qualification of the Tenderers, the Procuring Entity may, at its discretion, ask any Tenderer for a clarification of its Tender. Any clarification submitted by a Tenderer in respect to its Tender and that is not in response to a request by the Procuring Entity shall not be considered. The Procuring Entity's request for clarification and the response shall be in writing. No change, including any voluntary increase or decrease, in the prices or substance of the Tender shall be sought, offered, or permitted except to confirm the correction of arithmetic errors discovered by the Procuring Entity in the Evaluation of the Tenders, in accordance with ITT 30.
