Class Deans. The advisor to an 8th grade class shall be paid an additional two hundred ($200) dollars annually and each co-advisor of a 12th grade class shall be paid an additional five hundred ($500) dollars annually.

  • Contribution Deadline The deadline for making an IRA contribution is your tax return due date (not including extensions). You may designate a contribution as a contribution for the preceding taxable year in a manner acceptable to us. For example, if you are a calendar year taxpayer, and you make your IRA contribution on or before April 15, your contribution is considered to have been made for the previous tax year if you designate it as such. Each Class of REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest shall be entitled to receive the amounts allocated to such Class pursuant to the definition of "REMIC I Distribution Amount" only to the extent of the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date remaining after distributions in accordance with prior clauses of the definition of "REMIC I Distribution Amount," each Class of REMIC II Regular Interests and the Class R-2 Residual Interest shall be entitled to receive the amounts allocated to such Class pursuant to the definition of "REMIC II Distribution Amount" only to the extent of the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date remaining after distributions in accordance with prior clauses of the definition of "REMIC II Distribution Amount" and each Class of REMIC III Regular Interests and the Class R-3 Residual Interest shall be entitled to receive the amounts allocated to such Class pursuant to the definition of "REMIC III Distribution Amount" only to the extent of the REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date remaining after distributions in accordance with prior clauses of the definition of "REMIC III Distribution Amount."

  • Call Back Pay 1. When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1.   • Allocation of Senior Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Senior Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:

  • Class Size The School shall be in compliance with Florida Constitutional Class Size Requirements, as applicable to charter schools.

  • Association Dues Deduction ‌ When the Association provides written authorization to the Employer for deduction of membership dues, the Employer will deduct from the employee’s salary, an amount equal to the dues required to be a member of the Association, depending on their permanent or non-permanent dues rate. The Agency will provide payments for all said deductions to the Association each pay period.
