Common use of Class Grievances Clause in Contracts

Class Grievances. Class grievances involving one or more employees or one or more supervisors, and grievances involving an administrator above the building level, may be initially filed by the Association at Step II.

Class Grievances. Class grievances involving one or more employees teachers or one or more supervisors, supervisors and grievances involving an administrator above the building level, level may be initially filed by the Association at Step II2.

Class Grievances. Class grievances involving more than one (1) employee or more employees or than one or more supervisors, (1) supervisor and grievances involving an administrator above the building level, level may be initially filed by the Association at Step IIAssociation.

Class Grievances. Class grievances involving one or more employees or one or more supervisors, and the grievances involving an administrator above the building level, may be initially filed by the Association with written consent of the involved grievant(s) at Step II.B.

Class Grievances. Class grievances involving more than one or more employees or one or more supervisors, and grievances involving an administrator above (1) Employee in the same building level, may be filed initially filed by the Association at the Step II1 level. Class grievance involving Employees in more than one (1) building may be filed initially by the Association at the Step 2 level.
