Common use of CLASSIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

CLASSIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES. 25.01 Every employee covered by this Agreement shall be classified under an occupational group appropriate to the work he normally and regularly performs. The occupational group in which employees shall be classified are those listed by job title in Schedule "B".

The occupational group job classifications in which employees shall be classified are those listed by job title in Schedule "BA".

CLASSIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES. 25.01 27.01 Every employee covered by this Agreement shall be classified under an occupational group a Job Title and Job Description appropriate to the work occupation in which he is normally and regularly performsemployed. The occupational group classification in which employees shall may be classified are those listed by job title Job Title and Salary Group in Schedule "B"II (a) or (c) annexed hereto and as from time to time amended as this Agreement provides or otherwise by agreement of the parties hereto.
