Common use of Classifications and Hourly Rates of Pay Clause in Contracts

Classifications and Hourly Rates of Pay. The Employer shall classify employees and pay the corresponding hourly rates of pay: Classification Effective 1 full in Domestic, Dietary and Laundry Aides Guest Attendant Assistant Xxxx Handyman Serviceman Registered Nursing Assistant Start $ Rate of Paid* Paid* full Effective period in Domestic, Dietary and Laundry Aides Guest Attendant Assistant Xxxx Handyman Serviceman Registered Nursing Assistant Start Paid* Paid* $ ---- --- defined as hours worked and not worked but paid for by the Employer. Employees who are employed in the Guest Attendant classification and who hold a Health Care Certificate or equivalent presently being by the Employer, shall receive five cents per hour above their applicable classification rate. Employees who are employed in the Guest Attendant classification and who hold a Health Care Certificate or Home Support Worker Certificate or equivalent presently being by the Employer, shall receive ten cents per hour above their applicable classification rate. Retroactivity will be paid for all hours paid by the Employer to all employees on the payroll as of January and to all new employees hired since that date on the the negotiated wage rates. Retroactivity will be paid within two pay periods of the Employer being notified of ratification. If an employee shall have terminated his/her employment since the date of the Agreement, the Employer shall advise the employee within days by notice in writing by registered mail to the last known address on the records off the Employer and employee shall have sixty days from the posting within which to claim any payment due to him/her. Retroactivity will be paid within two pay periods of the employee making such claim.
