Classifications and Hourly Rates of Pay. Retroactivity will be paid within two pay periods of the Employer being notified of ratification. If an employee shall have terminated his/her employment since the date of the Agreement, the Employer shall advise the employee within days by notice in writing by registered mail to the last known address on the records off the Employer and employee shall have sixty days from the posting within which to claim any payment due to him/her.
