Cleaning and tidying. The Tenant must keep the Premises clean and tidy and clear of all rubbish.
Cleaning and tidying i) We clean the building overnight. You must ensure that the rooms you have used are left clean enough for the next hirer.
ii) Floors should be swept (and mopped if there were any spillages). Brooms, mops, buckets, dustpans, etc are kept in the cupboard under the stairs and in cupboards under the sink.
iii) All rubbish must be taken away, or put in the industrial bin in the front area if there is room. You must not pile rubbish up by the bin.
iv) If we have allowed you to store equipment on the premises, whether in a store room or elsewhere, you must ensure that it is stored safely and tidily so that it does not constitute a fire risk or any other hazard to anyone. You must remove stored equipment promptly when required to do so.

v) Due to lack of space, QPTC does not encourage clients to leave their own belongings within the pavilion. If we have allowed you to store equipment on the premises, whether in a store room or elsewhere, you must ensure that it is stored safely and tidily so that it does not constitute a fire risk or any other hazard to anyone. You must remove stored equipment promptly when required to do so.
Cleaning and tidying. 4.9.1. The Tenant must keep the Premises in a clean and tidy condition and clear of all rubbish.
4.9.2. The Tenant must clean the inside and outside of the windows, window frames and all the glass (if any) in the doors of the Premises as often as is reasonably necessary.
4.9.3. The Tenant must keep all external areas comprised in the Premises adequately surfaced, marked out and in good condition free from weeds, mxxx and other vegetation and all landscaped areas and any planters comprised in the Premises properly cultivated and must maintain any external floodlights comprised in the Premises in proper working order and ensure that the same are switched on during the hours of darkness.
4.9.4. As often as reasonably required, the Tenant must clean, wash or treat in an appropriate manner and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord, all surfaces, finishes and materials of the exterior and interior of the Premises which ought normally to be so cleaned, washed and treated including any concrete, cladding, metal, stonework, wood and plastic.
Cleaning and tidying. The Tenant must keep the Premises clean and tidy and clear of all rubbish and for the avoidance of doubt the Tenant shall be responsible for cleaning the Premises including the plant windows and the toilets and providing appropriate toilet supplies.

9.1.3 The Tenant must clean the windows and the glass in any exterior doors [at least once in each month during the Term (or as appropriate) as often as is reasonably required].

Cleaning and tidying. 7.3.1 You must not damage, deface, litter, dirty or obstruct any Common Parts to the premises Property or its surroundings in any way, or allow any pets or animals to foul in these areas. This includes ensuring that neither you nor a Member of your Household, Guest or Visitor urinates in the lifts.34
7.3.2 You must keep your home clean and tidy.
7.3.3 If you share common areas such as landings, hallways, staircases, balconies and lobbies, you must keep these clean at all times unless you already receive this service from us.
7.3.4 You must not do anything that attracts or is likely to attract vermin, insects and pests to your home, or causes or is likely to cause a health and safety risk to you or other tenants.
7.3.5 If your home has a chimney, you must ensure that it is swept as often as necessary, which should be at least once a year if you use an open fire.
