CLERKS WORK CLAUSE. Subject to exclusions in Section 1 of this Agreement, all work in the handling and selling of merchandise in the store of the Employer shall be performed only by employees of the Employer who are in the Bargaining Unit and who are members of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 1518, with the following exceptions: (a) Supervisory Personnel of X.X. Xxxxx
