Client Interview. After only the first three steps we can disqualify those applicants that don’t meet our standards, saving time and money, and move forward with those applicants that meet our criteria. Once determination has been made that the applicant is a viable applicant it’s now time to have them complete the Pre-employment Assessment. This assessment includes three components: • Personality and Behavior Assessment • Cognitive Reasoning • Attitudes Assessment These three components have been proven to be the most effective predictors of job performance, job satisfaction and retention. The Personality and Behavior Assessment will prove to be extremely beneficial in matching the right candidate with the right client. The Attitudes Assessment has been proven to help companies evaluate whether an applicant may display inappropriate attitude and behavior with a client. As we all know, one bad hire can be the difference between a profitable case and a failure.
Client InterviewContractor shall interview client to determine client’s appropriateness for the Program using required ASAM criteria at intake. Contractor shall ensure a face-to-face appointment within 3 business days of a request for service.
Client Interview. Xxxxxxx prepares the candidate for the customer interview. The job requirements are discussed in details and the customer's environment is reviewed before interview.
Client Interview. After Successful validation process applicant details will be forwarded to client hiring manager(s). Account Manager will coordinate to get the interviews scheduled with the candidate.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.
