CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR. 11.01 The Company will provide a uniform which is gov- erned by the Company’s Uniform Policy. Manage- ment will consult with the Union regarding any chan- ges to the “Uniform Policy.” During the transition period leading up to the introduction of the new Uni- form Policy, the Company will work with employees to ensure they are appropriately attired. 11.02 The Company agrees during the life of the Collective Agreement to supply appropriate work gloves and rainwear to such employees who, due to the nature of the work they perform, and the conditions that they are exposed to, reasonably require the same.
