Common use of Clothing/Safety Footwear Allowance Clause in Contracts

Clothing/Safety Footwear Allowance. 20.10.1 Clothing Allowance Each Nutrition Services, Bus Driver, Dispatch, Building Maintenance, and Warehouse/Driver employee shall receive an annual clothing allowance of $300.00 paid in June. Employees working less than four (4) hours shall receive a prorated amount. Employees who do not work a full year for their position will receive a prorated amount. Employees shall wear clothing that complies with general District guidelines.
