CNG Fueling Station. FRANCHISEE shall construct and have operational a CNG fueling station at its corporation yard at NIRRP in accordance with FRANCHISEE’s CNG Fueling Station Timeline provided in Exhibit C to this Agreement. The CNG fueling station shall be made available for the refueling of CITY vehicles when CITY CNG fueling stations are unavailable, provided such use does not interfere with FRANCHISEE’s performance of services under this Agreement. CITY shall pay market rate as established by FRANCHISEE for fuel received from FRANCHISEE’s CNG fueling station.

CNG Fueling Station. Located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xx., xxxx of the ecopark JFK Lot. EXHIBIT “B” OFFICE AND STORAGE SPACE FACILITIES The following locations are available for Parking Operator as support space in an “as is” condition. The Parking Operator will be responsible for the costs of all improvements necessary to make this space suitable. All spaces shall be available for the Parking Operator’s use on the Effective Date. There may be construction disruptions throughout the Term that may require the temporary relocation of the office and storage spaces described herein.

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.

  • Water Supply The system may or may not meet state and local requirements. It is the right and responsibility of Buyer to determine the compliance of the system with state and local requirements. [For additional information on this subject, request the “Water Supply and Waste Disposal Notification” form.]

  • Interconnection Point The Service Provider is responsible for connecting to the LFC Network at the Interconnection Point. The LFC may only change an Interconnection Point if a change is necessary to protect the security or integrity of that Interconnection Point in order to maintain the continuity of supply of the Wholesale Services. In the event of any such change:

  • Energy Resource Interconnection Service (ER Interconnection Service).

  • Fueling delivering or dispensing fuel, defueling and refueling, or any other transfer of fuel on Airport property.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Air Transport Services 1. For the purposes of this Article:

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Delivery Location All Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in this Order (the "Delivery Location") during Buyer's normal business hours or as otherwise instructed by Buyer.
