Co-Chairs. The Management Committee is co-chaired by one representative for Canada and one for Yukon. The co-chairs are de facto members of the Management Committee.

Co-Chairs. As per the Occupational Health and Safety Act, meetings of primary site committees shall be held monthly, or more frequently at the call of the Co-Chairs. Each Committee shall maintain minutes, signed by the Co-Chairs, of all its meetings and make them available for review.
Co-Chairs. The Research Committee shall be chaired by two (2) chairpersons, one appointed by Rigel and the other by Pfizer. The Co-Chairs will have the responsibility to ensure that a Research Committee meeting agenda is distributed to the Research Committee prior to the meeting.

In the event the Co-Chairs or another JDC member from either Party is unable to attend or participate in a meeting of the JDC, the Party whose Co-Chair or member is unable to attend may designate a substitute co-chair or other representative for the meeting.
Co-Chairs. The Management Committee will be headed by two Co-chairs chosen from its members: one appointed by Canada (“Federal Co-chair”), and one appointed by Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island (“Provincial Co-chair”). If one Co-chair is absent or unable to act, he or she will be replaced by the other federally-appointed member, or the other provincially-appointed member, as the case may be.‌‌

In the event the Co-Chair from either Party is unable to attend or participate in a Committee meeting, the Party who designated such Co-Chair may designate a substitute Co-Chair for the meeting in its sole discretion.
Co-Chairs. A Management and Worker Co-chair will be appointed for each Sub-committee. The Worker Co-chair and the Management Co-chair of the Joint Committee will assume responsibility for ensuring that Co-chairs of the Sub-committees are designated.

Co-Chairs. The JSC and each subcommittee shall have co-chairpersons. NextCure and Lilly shall each select a co-chairperson for the JSC and each subcommittee, and each Party may change its designated co-chairperson from time to time upon written Notice to the other Party. The co-chairpersons of the JSC and each subcommittee, with assistance and guidance from the Alliance Managers, shall be responsible for calling meetings, preparing and circulating an agenda in advance of each meeting of the JSC and each subcommittee; provided that the JSC and each subcommittee co-chairpersons shall call a meeting of the JSC or applicable subcommittee promptly upon the written request of either co-chairperson to convene such a meeting.
