Co-Mingling. The Receiving Party agrees to, where reasonably possible, segregate all Confidential Information from the confidential information of others in order to prevent co- mingling (or in such a way as to allow any co-mingling to be reversed) and in a manner sufficient to ensure that Confidential Information is easily retrievable and identifiable as belonging to the Disclosing Party.

Co-Mingling. Ores from the Leased Premises may be co-mingled with ores from other properties, provided that mined ores shall be weighed and assayed prior to co-mingling, and proper records of ores produced and valued derived from each property are kept by Lessee.

Co-Mingling. The Company shall have the right to comingle ore, concentrates, minerals and other material mined and removed from the Area of Interest from which Products are to be produced, with ore, concentrates, minerals and other material mined and removed from other lands and properties; provided, however, that the Company shall calculate from representative samples the average grade thereof and other measures as appropriate, and shall weigh (or calculate by volume) the material before comingling. In obtaining representative samples, calculating the average grade of the ore and average recovery percentages, the Company may use any procedures accepted in the mining and metallurgical industry which it believes suitable for the type of mining and processing activity being conducted and, in the absence of fraud, its choice of such procedures may be used by the Company to apportion among the commingled materials all penalty and other charges and deductions, if any, imposed by the smelter, refiner, or purchaser of such material.

Co-Mingling. If the Lessee is mining other properties, it shall have the right to co-mingle the ore and concentrates from the Mining Properties with other ore and concentrates from other properties, provided that Lessee weighs, samples and assays as required in accordance with sound mining practices to properly allocate the mineral values amongst the different ownerships.
Co-Mingling a. Republic shall not co-mingle Solid Waste, Yard Waste or Recyclables with Solid Waste of any kind from other jurisdictions. Republic shall separately reflect in its reports Solid Waste or Recyclables collected from other franchises from the Solid Waste or Recyclables collected in the performance of this Franchise. Republic and City shall meet and confer regarding on-board scales or other such provisions that Republic may recommend to accurately report the origin of such material. Co-mingling shall be allowed only with prior City approval at City's sole discretion and is anticipated to apply to a limited number of routes where Commercial or Residential developments are divided by two or more jurisdictional boundaries.
Co-Mingling. A Broker Participant or R.E. Subscriber may co-mingle listings through IDX from this MLS with listings from other MLS sources on its IDX display, provided all such displays are consistent with these IDX rules, and the MLS Participant (or MLS Subscriber) holds participatory rights in those MLSs. Co-mingling is the ability for a visitor to the website to execute a single property search of multiple IDX feeds resulting in the display of IDX information from each of the MLS’s on a single search results page; and that Participants may display listings from each IDX feed on a single webpage or display. Listings obtained from other MLSs must display the source from which each such listing was obtained. Displays of minimum information (e.g. a one-line or thumbnail search result, text messages, “tweets”, etc. of two hundred (200) characters or less) are exempt from this requirement but only when linked directly to a display that includes all required disclosures. Audio delivery of listing content is exempt from this disclosure requirement only when all required disclosures are subsequently delivered electronically to the registered consumer performing the property search or linked to through the device’s application.
