CO-ORDINATION OF ACTIVITIES. Supplier acknowledges and agrees that it may be required to proceed with its work simultaneously with others at the place of work and will cooperate with such others to obtain maximum efficiency and orderly and timely completion of the Services. Supplier agrees that it will not be entitled to any additional compensation by reason of the fact that it is required to perform the Services at the same time as others.

CO-ORDINATION OF ACTIVITIES a. The CMS Secretariat and UNESCO will, to the extent possible, co-ordinate their programme activities to ensure that their implementation is complementary and mutually supportive. The various branches of UNESCO and bodies of CMS and of Agreements concluded under its auspices may develop and implement joint work programmes under the aegis of this MoU. b. Joint activities will include: • elaboration of environmental education materials; • education and public awareness programmes on migratory species and their habitats; • capacity building - training courses and workshops; • inventories, assessments and monitoring of migratory species in biosphere reserves and natural world heritage sites; • in situ conservation and integrated ecosystem management in biosphere reserve and natural world heritage sites, in particular in transboundary areas.

  • Union Activities If the Contract Amount is $50,000 or more, no Judicial Council funds received under this Agreement will be used to assist, promote or deter union organizing during the term of this Agreement (including any extension or renewal term).
