Coagulant Dosing Pipework. The Contractor removes the old coagulant pump discharge PVC pipework and disposes of it according to the Employer’s waste management procedure.  The Contractor removes the old coagulant dosing PVC pipework on top of the flash mixers and disposes of it according to the Employer’s waste management procedure.  The Contractor supplies and installs new coagulant pump discharge pipework and dosing pipework on top of the flash mixers, including new gaskets, spacers, brackets, bolts, nuts and washers etc., where required.  The Contractor verifies the condition of existing pipe supports and installs new pipe supports were required after approval is granted by the Employer.  All newly installed pipework that are flanged together must undergo service tests after installation. All newly installed pipework that are welded together on site must undergo hydrostatic pressure testing and non-destructive testing (100% visual inspection on welds and 50% dye penetrant inspection) after installation. The Contractor submits the resulting service test certificates, pressure test certificates and non-destructive test certificates to the Employer.  The Contractor submits the material certificates, iso-datasheets, final installation inspection reports and safety clearance certificates for all pipework to the Employer.  The Contractor submits new isometric drawings for the new stainless steel pipework.  All bolts, nuts and washers to be SS 316.  Specifications:

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan").
