  • Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater. The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 xxxxx, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit.   • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Food Although food may be served at a program being paid for with grant funds, the food may not be purchased with grant or matching funds.
