Common use of Collective Agreement Clause in Contracts

Collective Agreement. Upon reaching agreement on the administrative details of printing the Collective Agreement, and having sufficient copies of the Agreement printed, the Corporation shall provide each employee a copy of the current Collective Agreement. The cost of providing the Collective Agreements shall be shared equally between the Corporation and Union.
