Command of Incident. The Georgia Forestry Commission will provide command and control for wildland fire suppression and will support Fire Departments for protection of life and property threatened by a wildland fire. The Fire Departments will provide command and control for structural fire suppression and will support the Georgia Forestry Commission for protection of life and property threatened by structural fires. When both agencies are at the same fire, overall command and control of the incident shall lie with the agency concerned most directly with what is burning. If both xxxxx and structures are on fire simultaneously, each agency shall endeavor to initiate unified command and provide support each to the other to ensure shared resources, public and firefighter safety and efficient incident stability. This agreement in no way restricts either agency from taking action in an emergency situation to save lives and property regardless of the nature of a fire, either wildland or structural.

Command of Incident. Standard/Initial Response: The first responder on‐scene shall assume functional command of the incident until the arrival of other responders, after which a Unified Command may be established. Extended Response: By mutual agreement between Forestry and FD’s, Forestry will assume single command of the incident once a fire escapes initial attack or is contained. Forestry is fiscally responsible for costs incurred suppressing the wildland fire during extended attack and mop‐up when Forestry is in command.

  • Notification of Incidents If Contractor becomes aware of or has reasonable suspicion of a privacy incident or security incident regarding any State data, Contractor must report such incident to the State and the State Chief Information Security Officer as soon as possible, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours after such incident. The decision to notify the affected data subjects and the form of such notice following report of a privacy incident or security incident are the responsibility of the State. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Contract, Contractor will indemnify, hold harmless and defend the State and its officers, and employees for and against any claims, damages, costs and expenses related to any privacy incident or security incident involving any State data. For purposes of clarification, the foregoing sentence shall in no way limit or diminish Contractor’s obligation(s) to indemnify, save, hold harmless, or defend the State under any other term of this Contract.   • Reimbursement of Expenses Associated with Security Breach In the event of a Security Breach that is attributable to the Provider, the Provider shall reimburse and indemnify the LEA for any and all costs and expenses that the LEA incurs in investigating and remediating the Security Breach, without regard to any limitation of liability provision otherwise agreed to between Provider and LEA, including but not limited to costs and expenses associated with:

  • FORMATION OF ASSOCIATION 12.2.1 The Promoter shall, in accordance with Applicable Laws, call upon the respective apartment owners to form an association (“ASSOCIATION”), and it shall be incumbent upon the Allottee to join the Association as a member and for this purpose also from time to time sign and execute the application for registration and/or membership and the other papers and documents necessary for the same.   • THIRD PARTY ACTION NOTIFICATION Vendor shall give Customer prompt notice in writing of any action or suit filed, and prompt notice of any claim made against Vendor by any entity that may result in litigation related in any way to this Agreement.

  • Notification of Force Majeure Event 11.5.1 The Affected Party shall give notice to the other Party of any event of Force Majeure as soon as reasonably practicable, but not later than seven (7) days after the date on which such Party knew or should reasonably have known of the commencement of the event of Force Majeure. If an event of Force Majeure results in a breakdown of communications rendering it unreasonable to give notice within the applicable time limit specified herein, then the Party claiming Force Majeure shall give such notice as soon as reasonably practicable after reinstatement of communications, but not later than one (1) day after such reinstatement. Provided that such notice shall be a pre-condition to the Affected Party’s entitlement to claim relief under this Agreement. Such notice shall include full particulars of the event of Force Majeure, its effects on the Party claiming relief and the remedial measures proposed. The Affected Party shall give the other Party regular (and not less than monthly) reports on the progress of those remedial measures and such other information as the other Party may reasonably request about the Force Majeure Event.
