COMMENCEMENT DATE AND DURATION. The Services shall be rendered for the duration of 6 months commencing from 1st January 2019 and until 31st June 2019 unless earlier terminated under the conditions as set forth under clause 12. This Agreement may be renewed or extended for any period as may be agreed in writing between the Parties.
