COMMENCEMENT DATE OF AGREEMENT AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 5.1 The Agreement will operate from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 1 August, 2006 and shall remain in force for a period of three years.

If the Agreement commences after the first full pay period on or after 1 February 2022, the difference between the actual rate of pay received by a Teacher and the amounts set out in this Agreement shall be paid to the Teacher as soon as practicable after commencement of the Agreement.
