COMMENCEMENT DATE OF AGREEMENT AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement commences on and from 1 February 2022 or seven days after the date of the approval by the Fair Work Commission, whichever is the later. The nominal expiry date of this Agreement is 31 January 2025. This Agreement does not exclude the NES and the NES will continue to apply to the extent that the Agreement is detrimental, in any respect, when compared to the NES. The salaries contained in Schedule 1 – Salary Scales and Allowances of this Agreement do not commence until the first full pay period on or after 1 February 2022. For the period between 1 February 2022 and the first full pay period on or after 1 February 2022, each Teacher covered by this Agreement shall be paid the relevant rate of pay applicable from 1 February 2020 as set out in Schedule 1 – Salary Scales and Allowances. If the Agreement commences after the first full pay period on or after 1 February 2022, the difference between the actual rate of pay received by a Teacher and the amounts set out in this Agreement shall be paid to the Teacher as soon as practicable after commencement of the Agreement.

COMMENCEMENT DATE OF AGREEMENT AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement comes into operation on the day that it is lodged with the Employment Advocate and it will operate for a period of 5 years.
COMMENCEMENT DATE OF AGREEMENT AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 5.1 This Agreement shall operate as from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after the lodgement of this agreement with the Workplace Authority and shall expire 24 months later.
5.2 During the period of operation the parties are able to review the contents of this Agreement and make recommendations for changes to the rates and conditions set out herein based on productivity measures and efficiencies identified and introduced.
COMMENCEMENT DATE OF AGREEMENT AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 5.1 The Agreement will operate from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 1 August, 2006 and shall remain in force for a period of three years.
5.2 During the nominal term of the Agreement, there shall be no extra claims and the wage increases set out in the Agreement are in lieu of any general National or State wage increases that may be granted by the Australian Fair Pay Commission during the nominal term of the Agreement.
