Commercial Container Sharing (Optional. In special circumstances, for Customers with significant space limitations and upon approval by the Jurisdiction and the Contractor, the Contractor shall permit Commercial Customers to share Source Separated Recyclable Materials or Mixed Waste service with other geographically proximate Commercial Customers. Such shared service shall be performed, and billed, as if it were being provided to a single Customer, with the exception that the Contractor shall require all Customers sharing a single service account to identify a “Primary Responsible Party” which will serve as the singular point of contact for communication and billing from the Contractor and the Jurisdiction, along with a list of all addresses with which the Primary Responsible Party will share service.
