Common use of Committee Composition Clause in Contracts

The Committee shall be comprised of representatives of both unions and employers, as follows: Four union representatives – each of the four major Unions (CUPE, Unifor, NSNU and NSGEU) will select a representative; Four employer representatives – these will be selected from both NSHA and IWK and employers represented by HANS;
