The Employer and the Union agree to participate in a joint committee (the “Committee”), with a mandate to: • Quantify the costs that would be required in order to transition the base pay for employees included in this letter of understanding for each local from the applicable secondary salary scales to the Provincial Salary Scale as appropriate subject to the parameters described below.
