Common use of Communicating Conference Reports Clause in Contracts

Communicating Conference Reports. Any final report which may be prepared by the Union or the Employer as a direct result of a Labor-Management Conference discussion will be in writing and copies shall be submitted to the Employer and the Union. Excluded from this section are correspondences to other entities referencing these conference discussions, such as a correspondence from the Chief of Police to the City Council, etc.
