Communication Messages. There are 3 possible messages that our device will relay: Message #1 = When the device is successfully plugged in. Message #2 = Device should be unplugged because an error has occurred (as defined in DEQ's Specifications Document). Message #3 = When all data has been successfully received by DEQ and transmission is complete so device can be unplugged (as defined in DEQ's Specifications Document).

  • Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager.
