Comp Time, Personal Leave, Vacation Leave on Holidays. For purposes of casual leave scheduling on a holiday, within thirty (30) days preceding the holiday, a member's schedule shall not be changed to accommodate the request for casual leave unless the affected member agrees. This does not preclude the Department from altering shift assignments to maintain minimum staffing levels when illness or other emergency situations arise.
