Common use of Company Grievance Clause in Contracts

Company Grievance. Any grievance initiated by Management may be referred in writing to the Union Staff Representative within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance. The Union shall meet within fifteen (15) days thereafter with the Director of Labour Relations to consider the grievance.
