BARGAINING COMMITTEES. The collective bargaining procedure shall be conducted between representatives of the College and the Association. These representatives shall be called the bargaining committees. The Association shall have a bargaining committee that shall not exceed six persons selected by the Association. The College shall have a bargaining committee which shall not exceed six persons. The expense, if any, of each bargaining committee will be borne by the party selecting said committee and the other party shall not be responsible in any fashion for any such expense.
BARGAINING COMMITTEES. The Company agrees to recognize a Bargaining Committee made up of a number of members equal to that representing the Company selected by the Union as a committee for negotiating purposes. Such members shall suffer no loss of salary or benefits for face-to-face meetings with the Company. The Company and the Union agree to split the cost of any meeting rooms off site during negotiations. The Company shall provide an adequate number of copies of the Collective Agreement for all members of the Union.
BARGAINING COMMITTEES.
13.01 The Employer agrees to recognize a committee of two (2) employees per bargaining unit plus a chairperson selected by the Union as the Union's Bargaining Committee. Said employees shall be granted leave with pay to attend any meetings with the Employer in connection with negotiations including time to travel to and from said meetings.
13.02 In the event that either party wishes to convene a meeting for the purpose of negotiations, said meeting shall be held at a time and place mutually agreed upon by both Parties.
a) Upon request, the Employer shall make available to the Union, information required by the Union. The information shall include but not be limited to positions in the bargaining units, job classifications, wage rates, pension, welfare plans and job descriptions.
b) Subject to operational requirements, and on the request of an employee, the Employer will grant up to three (3) days leave without pay, or other leave entitlements approved by the Employer, to bargaining unit members to attend a CULE convention. Consultation will take place at least one (1) year in advance of the convention to discuss issues that will include operational requirements and the timing of the convention. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
c) Subject to operational requirements and in addition to the leave provided for in clause 13.02 b), an additional two (2) days leave without pay, or other leave entitlements approved by the Employer, will be granted to CULE Executive Officers and Convention Committee members for the same purpose as described in clause 13.02 b). Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
BARGAINING COMMITTEES. The Bargaining Committees of the parties shall be comprised of not more than five (5) Employer Representatives and not more than five (5) Union Representatives, one of whom shall be the President of CUPE Local 997. The Union and the Employer will advise the other of the names of the representatives. All of the Union representatives, other than the CUPE National Representative (if applicable), shall be permanent employees of the Employer.
BARGAINING COMMITTEES. The Union and the Employer will advise each other of the names of the members of their respective bargaining committees at the commencement of negotiations for the renewal of this Collective Agreement.

BARGAINING COMMITTEES. (a) The Company will compensate up to three (3) WTEG members serving on the Union’s negotiating committee for meetings with the Company relating to the renewal of this collective agreement. Such members shall suffer no loss of salary or benefits for such meetings with the Company.
(b) The Company and the Union agree to share equally the cost of any joint meeting facilities.
BARGAINING COMMITTEES. (a) The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint a bargaining committee and shall recognize said committee for the purpose of attending negotiation meetings with Employer representatives which shall include at least one part-time and one full-time employee, and the local union president, with a maximum of four (4) employees in total.
(b) It is understood and agreed that members of the bargaining committee shall, where permission has been granted, be permitted to leave their employment temporarily to attend negotiating meetings with Employer representatives without loss of regular straight time pay for time spent in negotiations with the Employer.
BARGAINING COMMITTEES. A bargaining committee shall be appointed and consist of not more than four (4) members of the Employer, as appointees of the Employer, and not more than four (4) members of the Union as appointees of the union. The Union will advise the Employer of the Union nominees to the committee. Any representative of the Union on the Bargaining Committee, who is in the employment of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending meetings of the Bargaining Committee if held within working hours without loss of remuneration.
BARGAINING COMMITTEES. The Bargaining Committees for the University and the Union shall meet jointly at mutually agreed times and locations. A caucus room shall be arranged so that either party may caucus as required. For the duration of the bargaining of the first Collective Agreement, each Party’s Bargaining Committee will be made up of not more than eight (8) members. The University will provide up to six (6) members of the Union Bargaining Committee release time from their normal duties without loss of pay, when they are required for negotiations. An additional two Union Committee members may be released without loss of pay at the Union’s request, and the University will invoice the Union for the salary cost of the additional two Union Committee members. The Parties will schedule bargaining sessions to minimize operational impacts. The University and the Union shall advise each other of the names of members of their respective committees, staff advisers, and any changes to either.
