Company Grievance. (a) The Company may request a meeting with SPEA for the purpose of presenting any complaint with respect to the conduct of SPEA. (b) If such a complaint by the Company is not settled, it may be treated as a Grievance and referred to Arbitration under the provisions of Article 10.
