COMPANY HOUSING. (a) In areas where company housing is supplied as part of the conditions of employment, the employee will be so informed when he/she is selected. The employee will be informed of the quality of housing and the rental charges at the time of his/her selection.

COMPANY HOUSING. During the term of the Collective Agreement, the Company will review the current housing program and determine if any changes in format or structure are required. Any changes will be discussed with the Union.

COMPANY HOUSING. During the Term, as determined necessary by the Board, the Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for reasonable hotel expenses (excluding meals) incurred by Executive for his overnight stays in the area of the Company’s headquarters in Parsippany, NJ or other offices or principal places of business, or shall provide Executive with the use of a furnished apartment to be used as his temporary residence, as determined by the Board.

  • Management of the Partnership (a) Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the General Partner shall have full, complete and exclusive discretion to manage and control the business of the Partnership for the purposes herein stated, and shall make all decisions affecting the business and assets of the Partnership. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Limited Partners agree that the General Partner may terminate its status as a REIT under the Code at any time to the full extent permitted under the Charter. The General Partner on behalf of the Partnership shall also be empowered to do any and all acts and things necessary or prudent to ensure that the Partnership will not be classified as a “publicly traded partnership” for purposes of Section 7704 of the Code.

  • Real Property Holding Company The Company is not a real property holding company within the meaning of Section 897 of the Code.

  • Community Property Each spouse individually is bound by, and such spouse’s interest, if any, in any Optioned Shares is subject to, the terms of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall create a community property interest where none otherwise exists.

  • Real Property Holding Corporation The Company is not and has never been a U.S. real property holding corporation within the meaning of Section 897 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the Company shall so certify upon Purchaser’s request.

  • National Housing Act Subject to the terms and provisions of the Servicing Agreement referred to above, the Mortgage Loans hereby assigned will be administered and serviced by the Bank, as agent of Assignee, in accordance with the National Housing Act (Canada) and National Housing Regulations (Canada).
