Utilities Expenses definition

Utilities Expenses means Electric Charges (other than Tenant Electric Charges) and all charges for any other fuel that may be used in providing electricity and services powered by electricity that the Landlord provides in accordance with section 8 of this Agreement to the Building, the Leased Premises, Other Leased Premises, the Common Facilities and the Property, including sales and excise taxes and the like.

Utilities Expenses respectively, for the "Base Year," as that term is defined in Section 4.2.1 of this Lease; provided, however, Tenant shall not be -------------- responsible for any such excess during the first twelve (12) months of the Lease ------ Term. Such additional rent, together with any and all other amounts payable by Tenant to Landlord, as additional rent or otherwise, pursuant to the terms of this Lease, shall be hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Additional Rent."   • The Lessee shall pay the utilities expenses pursuant to the Weighted Apportionment of Utilities Expenses in Logistics Park and the receipt affixed with financial seal.

  • Common Utilities: Expenses for serving/supply of common facilities and utilities and all charges incidental thereto.

More Definitions of Utilities Expenses

Utilities Expenses means any and all expenses incurred by Party B in connection with the use of utilities (e.g. water, electricity, communication, equipment, cable TV and broadband network) in the Office Building, which are detailed in Clause 10-1 hereof.
Utilities Expenses. All expenses related to the provision of Utilities to the various occupants of the Building.
Utilities Expenses means the cost of all utilities supplied for the Building and the Real Property (including, without limitation, water, sewer, electricity, telephone and HVAC), other than those utilities which are paid directly by Tenant and other tenants of the Building for excess consumption (i) amounts received by Landlord as reimbursement for above standard electrical consumption; (ii) the cost of electricity incurred to provide overtime HVAC to specific tenants (as reasonably estimated by Landlord); and (iii) if any tenant is billed directly for the cost of building standard electricity to the Premises as a separate charge in addition to Base Rent, the cost of electricity to individual tenant spaces in the Building.
