Company Manuals. The Company will make available to all Employees, manuals and policies affecting the working conditions of Employees and will provide copies of such, together with revisions thereto, to the local Union and national office as requested through the Human Resources Department.

Company Manuals. The Company will make available to all Employees, manuals and policies affecting the working conditions of Employees and will provide copies of such, together revisions thereto, to the local Union and national as requested through the Human Resources Department. Ail Employees shall conform with the dress code and uniform policy established by the Company. The Company shall provide uniforms in accordance the Company The Union shall appoint one Employee from the Customer Service Agent classification and one Employee from the Cargo classification to the uniform committee to provide input into decisions regarding cost, style, or changes to the uniform. The Company may stipulate that uniform committee meetings may be conducted by teleconference. The Employee's share of the uniform cost may be paid by payroll deduction over a period of up to twelve (12) months. The minimum payroll deduction will be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per month except for a final balancing payment. the normal expectancy of a uniform item, any item damaged in the course of normal duties and not due to negligence by this Employee shall be replaced or repaired by the Company at no cost to the Employee. Employees may wear a CAW Union pin on their uniform. Customer Service Agents who wear a dress uniform will be entitled to a monthly dry cleaning allowance of thirty dollars ($30.00). Customer Service Agents will be entitled to a seventy-dollar ($70.00) shoe allowance per year to be upon hire and upon the pay increase. Maternity uniforms shall be provided by the Company. Initial alterations to new uniforms shall be paid for by the Company. Gloves be provided to Cargo Attendants, Cargo Coordinators, Station Agents and Station Coordinators. After the has been given to the Employee, worn-out gloves will be replaced by the Company in exchange for the worn-out pair. Additional gloves may be purchasedfrom the Company at cost. Should there be an error by the Company or its agent, which results in a shortage in an Employee's paycheque in the amount of fifty dollars ($50) or more, such error shall be rectified and paid within five (5) workdays upon receipt of notice of such error. Should the error be less than fifty dollars such error shall be rectified and paid to the Employee on the next regular paycheque.

  • Code of Ethics The Adviser has adopted a written code of ethics complying with the requirements of Rule 17j-1 under the Act and will provide the Trust with a copy of the code and evidence of its adoption. Within 45 days of the last calendar quarter of each year while this Agreement is in effect, the Adviser will provide to the Board of Trustees of the Trust a written report that describes any issues arising under the code of ethics since the last report to the Board of Trustees, including, but not limited to, information about material violations of the code and sanctions imposed in response to the material violations; and which certifies that the Adviser has adopted procedures reasonably necessary to prevent "access persons" (as that term is defined in Rule 17j-1) from violating the code.
