Pay Increase. Effective October 1, 2006, all bargaining unit employees will receive a 4% cost of living/general increase, which will impact the pay range. Effective April 1, 2007, bargaining unit employees who meet satisfactory performance and have successfully completed their initial probation, shall receive a 4% increase, which will not impact the pay range.
Pay Increase. The District shall make a lump sum payment of an agreed-upon retroactive wage increase resulting from this agreement or any amendments thereto within thirty (30) days of the agreement between the District and CSEA.

Pay Increase. 9.1. In recognition of the agreement to work cooperatively to implement measures identified in the Agreement to achieve improved productivity, all employees will receive a salary increase of: • 4% from the date of commencement of this Agreement; and • 1% from 1 April 2007; and
Pay Increase. A yearly step increment must be given on the anniversary date of initial hire, promotion, or last step increase, provided that you worked a minimum of 400 hours. Step increases must be attained in sequential order. (Student assistants who have attained the top step of their assigned class do not qualify for further step increases.)

B. Effective on the first (1st) full pay period after the first (1st) anniversary date of the adoption of the contract by the City Council and ratification by Union membership, or resolution of impasse, whichever is later, subject to sufficient and specific appropriations by City Council, all bargaining unit employees shall receive a five (5) percent increase to base wages.
C. Effective on the first (1st) full pay period after the second (2nd) anniversary date of the adoption of the contract by the City Council and ratification by Union membership, or resolution of impasse, whichever is later, subject to sufficient and specific appropriations by City Council, all bargaining unit employees shall receive a four (4) percent increase to base wages.
D. There shall be no other increase during the term of this agreement.
Pay Increase. A. Effective the first (1st) full pay period following the adoption of this agreement by the City Council and ratification by Union membership, or resolution of impasse, whichever is later, the recommendations as a result of the recent completion of a classification and compensation study, initiated in 2022, will be implemented. All Union represented employees will receive any increase recommended as a result of the classification and compensation study, or a minimum of a four (4.0) percent increase to base wages, whichever is greater.
B. Effective on the first (1st) full pay period following the adoption of this agreement by the City Council and ratification by Union membership, or resolution of impasse, whichever is later, and approval by the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) Board, the City shall pick up an additional one and one-third (1.3) percent of the bargaining unit members’ contribution to PERA.
C. Effective on the first (1st) full pay period after July 1st, 2024, the second (2nd) year of the adoption of this contract by the City Council and ratification by Union membership, or resolution of impasse, whichever is later, subject to sufficient and specific appropriations by City Council, all bargaining unit employees shall receive a three (3.0) percent increase to base wages. Should the Council fail to appropriate the three (3.0) percent increase for Fiscal Year 2025, either party may reopen negotiations on Article 24 by providing written notice to the other party no later than July 15, 2024.
D. Effective on the first (1st) full pay period after July 1st, 2025, the third (3rd) year of the adoption of this contract by the City Council and ratification by Union membership, or resolution of impasse, whichever is later, subject to sufficient and specific appropriations by City Council, all bargaining unit employees shall receive a three (3.0) percent increase to base wages. Should the Council fail to appropriate the three (3.0) percent increase for Fiscal Year 2026, either party may reopen negotiations on Article 24 by providing written notice to the other party no later than July 15, 2025.
E. No earlier than one hundred, twenty (120) days, nor later than sixty (60) days prior to the second (2nd) anniversary date of adoption, either party may notify the other in writing of its desire to re-open this Agreement, provided such re-opener shall be limited to one (1) non-economic article. Pay Increase. Within Established Range Unless mutually agreed upon by the Union and the Employer, employees shall move from the minimum step in the pay range to the maximum step in regular increments as indicated in Appendix A subject to the provisions of Article 23, Paragraph C below.
