Company Travel. When a rotating shift employee is scheduled for Company travel the employee will be assigned to the day shift for the week of travel.
Company Travel. Travel time includes the time required by the public carrier that the traveler must check-in prior to actual departure. Travel time is normally paid up to the maximum number of hours in a regular work shift for each day of travel. If the employee starts work immediately upon completion of travel, all such hours are additive and will be compensated at the appropriate rate. Reference PRO-5495 for additional guidance.
Company Travel. Where a Member is traveling by air on Company business, the shift start time will be one (1) hour prior to scheduled departure time. Where the Member is traveling internationally, the shift start time shall be two (2) hours prior to their scheduled departure time. This does not apply to any other means of travel. However, where other means of transportation (i.e. rail) imposes security and/or pre-arrival requirements, the Member’s shift start time shall be from the check in deadline.
Company Travel. During the Period of Employment, Executive’s travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the Employer’s travel policy in effect at the time of travel. Executive shall be permitted to travel via first class service on regularly scheduled commercial aircraft for travel to California one time per month.
Company Travel. A. When an Employee is scheduled for Employer travel the Employee’s schedule will be adjusted in order to allow sufficient time prior to and after Employer travel involving an overnight stay.
B. The Employer will provide a company vehicle for Employees to use for voluntary travel from all facilities to FLETC or Quantico for the completion of authorized training. (Firearms qualifications, firearms proficiency, tactical training and SPOTC). Personnel who are on duty will be paid hours equal to those scheduled plus additional training hours.

COMPANY anticipates that it will be necessary for Hollxxx xx make numerous trips during the year on COMPANY business which travel will necessarily require Hollxxx xx be absent from his home and family. COMPANY deems it appropriate to allow Hollxxx xx be accompanied on one (1) such business trip annually by his spouse, in which event the travel expenses incurred for the spouse shall be reimbursed to Hollxxx xx COMPANY. In order to obtain such reimbursement, the trip by the accompanying spouse must be approved by the Chief Executive Officer in advance.

COMPANY anticipates that it will be necessary for Oldham to make numerous trips during the year on COMPANY business which travel will necessarily require Oldham to be absent from his home and family. COMPANY deems it appropriate to allow Oldham to be accompanied on one such business trip annually by a guest, in which event the travel expenses incurred for the guest shall be reimbursed to Oldham by COMPANY. In order to obtain such reimbursement, the trip by the accompanying guest must be approved by the Chief Executive Officer in advance.
Company Travel. Company shall pay, in accordance with Company’s policies, all fees and costs associated with Bxxxxxx’x travel when requested by Company or reasonably necessary for Consultant to provide services to the Company.
