COMPENSATED LEAVE TIME. Section 18:01 - Sick and/or Emergency Leave Each employee hired and who reports for duty and actually performs work shall be entitled to ten (10) days of leave time for each fiscal year, without loss of pay or benefits, which shall be used for personal illness or emergency.
